About Rashidah:
You matter, lets talk about it! I am a licensed professional who has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Taking a person- centered approach to treatment is essential and highly valued. Validation, reflections, actively listening and processing thoughts and feelings is my primary approach. My ideal client is motivated and committed to therapy and I will share the same commitment.
My approach to therapy:
I have my certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT). I am trained in CBT, anger management and motivational interviewing. I am passionate about integrating spirituality in my treatment. I also incorporate nature with therapy. I offer walk and talk therapy which I describe as a non-traditional but equally effective setting for therapy. Mental Health Hikes are offered 1 x month Spring-Fall. The benefits of hiking as a form of therapy can be discussed further one on one.

Hello everyone, my name is Tevin Weems, and I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. I have experience in clinical therapy working with children, teenagers, adults, and families, including marginalized populations. My approach to therapy:
I provide a judgment-free space where you can be open, honest, and free to express yourself. I utilize interventions such as CBT and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and work from an empowerment and strength-based lens that aims to empower patients to make positive changes in their lives. It has been my experience that all patients can improve their lives with dedication and a therapist who truly cares.

About Aranya:
You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I am a relational and systems- oriented therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. My work focuses on helping clients better understand the patterns shaping their relationships, emotions, and daily experiences. I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I value creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward meaningful change. I will listen with care and help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. I know it can be difficult to take the first step or find the right fit, and I respect that process. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and develop more supportive ways of relating to yourself and others. If you’re ready to better understand yourself and your relationships, we can connect and see if working together feels right. Specializing in couples and family therapy.
My approach to therapy:
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in a relational and humanistic framework. I integrate Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I have a strong focus on couples and family work, helping improve communication, rebuild trust, and work through conflict. If you feel stuck in the same arguments, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward together, I can help. I also support individuals who feel stuck in patterns like perfectionism, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm and want to feel more grounded and connected to themselves.
